In the summer, lounge by the pool or enjoy one of two pristine lakes 10 minutes away. In winter, only 15 minutes to Pat’s Peak and 20 minutes to Crotched Ski Resort. We are proud to offer our condo for your peaceful enjoyment. Two bedroom- 2 bath condo, 1/2 a flight up the stairs. Sleeps 7 with a king size tempurpedic in one room & queen size bed in Master bedroom. The living room has two comfy pull out sofas, 1 queen and 1 twin, air conditioning, electric fireplace, washer & dryer (in the unit), smart TV’s, private wireless internet as well as through the condo association, a community saltwater pool with grilling area that includes tables and chairs.

Perfect Fall Getaway - Samoset Condo

Dine on the screened-in porch with gorgeous lake views in this air-conditioned, fully-furnished, 2 bedroom condo at Samoset. Perfect for families, couples or small friend getaways. Closest unit to the seasonal pool (note the pool is not available in 2026). Tennis and beach (with trampoline!). Close to skiing at Gunstock. Private wifi, YouTube TV, and streaming. Clean unit with parking for two cars. No smokers please. Samoset does not allow pets, motorcycles, trailers or renters to dock boats.

Studio - Sleeps 4 - Pool - On-site Restaurants!

Efficiency condo located at Condominium Suites at Lake Winnipesaukee. There is no kitchen in this unit but it has a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There are twoqueen size beds. Located just around the corner from grocery stores, Walmart, TJ Maxx and Homegoods. There are two fabulous on-site restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of parking under the carport, on-site laundry facility, outdoor pool, Winni Bar and Billards all on site!
