Come stay in our peaceful one bedroom black bear themed unit. Cozy living room with games, smart tv, wifi, dvd player and movies. Great work space in bedroom. Unit has a full kitchen drinkable water, full bath. Enjoy axe throwing, shoot hoops or sit by the campfire (pending fire bans in drought conditions.) Winter: Snowmobile trails are located across the street, and skiing/tubing at Pat’s Peak are only 5 miles away. 🚭 No smoking permitted inside the cabin. Welcome to our cozy and peaceful cottage near it all! Your temporary home at the foot of the Lakes Region and amongst many ski areas is an hour from the White Mountains, Boston, and New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. There are endless places to explore within a short driving distance, no matter the season. The cottage has its own entrance and parking across a large garden from our home. We are available or invisible, whichever you prefer. Come enjoy all that New Hampshire has to offer!

You'll arrive here (past the cows and the horse farm neighbors) down a tree lined dirt road, that feels like a far away escape from the city. We are 1 hour outside of Boston, 30-45 minutes from Concord, Manchester, Durham and Portsmouth. Enjoy Bear Brook park 15 minutes away and the Deerfield Fair 1.5 miles down the road.

Our 3000 sq ft renovated, rustic loft barn is located on 70 acres, very private, yet 2.5 miles from downtown Wolfeboro. Our barn sleeps 5, has full kitchen, bar, pool table, 65 inch TV and bath with shower. The barn has 1 queen & 4 single beds in the loft. A perfect place to hang out with a few friends. Minimum age of primary renter 25. MAX 5 guests staying, please do not book if you have more. No parties.
