Historical and Luxury House in the Old Town. The location of the house is in the old town and very close to Hadrian's gate. The house gives you the opportunity to experience historical places and luxury at the same time. There are markets, supermarkets, bus and tram stations, beach,restaurants, museums, bars, night clubs, shopping malls and shops near the house. The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

The apartment with 2 bedrooms-diningroom-lounge and kitchen- are located downstairs. The bedrooms, lounge and dinning room have an air conditioning for both: cooling or heating. The washing machine can be used free of charge. Tram, busstops, shops foor food and beverages are on 2 min. walking.
