The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Posjeduje jedan balkončić i vrata sa pogledom na zelenilo u dvorištu...Svega je 5 minuta od mora i strogog centra..Svi sadržaji su u blizini. Opreman je sa puno ljubavi i želje da se svako u njemu prijatno osjeća. Ima jednu veću spavaću sobu koja ima balkon . Kuhinja je velika i dobro opremljena i nadovezuje se na trpezariju.. Izjutra sunce ulazi u spavaću sobu a u kuhinju i trpezariju popodne sve do zalaska.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
