Permit # STR-26-50. This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. This charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is owned by my parents so they can be closer to their grandchildren (I live just up the street). They split their time in California and New Jersey and this house is open for Airbnb guests when they're not staying in it. It's a perfect spot to stay if you're visiting family in the area! Lots of space and very quiet. Note: no parties / events and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
