Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

Historic Mill Retreat - 3 BR-1st fl waterview unit

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

This is a gorgeous place in Princeton. This house was the first one built in the area & for a reason. This is a small 250 square foot guest suite that has its own entrance & is not a shared space. It is on two acres really close to Terhune Orchards. Conveniently located five minutes from Mercer Mall & tons of restaurants/shops. There are great walking trails & parks a few minutes from here as well. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The bathroom is connected to the room and is completely private. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
