Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Charming house in town centre+private parking

Apartment Rialto is a two-level apartment in a family house, located in the old town center near the town square and close to the beach. It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In front of the house there is a space covered with awning for sitting outside. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property. The apartment has two air-conditioning units (living room and bedroom). Free private parking is 3 min away on foot. The nearest beach is 5 min away on foot.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Holiday House Ursa with heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Na raspolaganju su vam i lijepo uređen dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljena kuhinja kao i praonica rublja. Gornje sobe imaju izlaz na balkon koji pruža prekrasan pogled na more. Kuća se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini mora i mnogih lijepih plaža i uvala. Klima (također u svim spavaćim sobama), podno grijanje, parkirno mjesto, privatni bazen. Uživajte!

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The beautiful holiday house Linna is located in Pinezići. It has a large swimming pool and a breath-taking seaview. It is located close to the sea. The house has a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside of the house there is a covered terrace and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a free wifi. Pets are welcome.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The new apartment M&A in the town of Cres is located at the entrance to the town. The new residential unit from 2022 offers an apartment that can accommodate two to four people.
