The surrounding community is special, with many residents having lived here for decades, tending their homesteads. On your way in, you are likely to see cattle, horses, pigs, and chickens. Deer, coyote, foxes, mountain lions, owls, hawks, vultures, and bears also frequent the area.

Note: bear, fox, hawks, quail, bats, lizards, banana slugs, bobcat, spiders are part of the forest ecosystem and may occasionally visit the vicinity.

If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

The cabin is small but adorable and has a full kitchenette, washer and dryer, queen-sized bed, full-size bathroom, fully fenced yard, BBQ, fire pit, and picnic table. It is the perfect size for two guests.
