This fun, eclectic cottage is full of Mendocino personality. The accommodations are detached from the main house and offer much privacy. There is loft with a full sized bed, and a small bedroom with a queen bed off the sitting area, which has a TV, a medium fridge, a futon that doubles as a couch, and seating for six or more. It offers lots of natural light, room to spread out, and its own private outside deck. This space is perfect for families or groups of friends and can sleep up to six. This is one of nine rooms at the Sea Gull Inn, in the heart of the historic Mendocino village.

The Ripe Choice Farm borders on beautiful boutique vineyards, olive grove, small town living, peace and quiet or a casual let your hair down atmosphere. The air quality is said to be the best in California. Clear Lake is the largest natural lake in CA.
