There is a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, large deck , wood floors and full bath. From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

This Mendocino 3 bedroom one level ocean view home is across from Caspar headlands, 5 min walk to Caspar beach dog friendly. 15 min walk to Lighthouse & Private Beach. Has 2 fenced patios- one is ocean view, and the back deck has private jacuzzi . Comfortable beds,cozy robes. Wi-Fi, Keurig, French press coffee. Additional $25 Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, gift baskets etc. Attached to a guest home by 5 feet but private entrance.
