Includes access to a swimming pool and a washing machine. Owner lives on the premises. Secure parking. Cooking facilities are basic, consisting of an oven/microwave, toaster, and coffee-maker. There is a dishwashing and prep area on the patio. A solar-powered backup system ensures minimal disruption resulting from power outages or"load shedding".

Both mezzanine and ground floor look out on to a tranquil, bird - filled garden. Only 1 block from bustling 4th avenue Parkhurst, yet extremely quiet.

Our delightful garden cottage is in the leafy suburb of Melville, within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs and shops, but just far away that you will enjoy a wonderful sense of peace and quiet. The cottage features a large bedroom with a double bed, table, TV (Netflix) and couch, a kitchenette and a bathroom with bath and shower. We offer secure off-street parking for one small car. The bedroom opens onto a patio next to the pool. The cottage has a heater and electric blanket.
