Goetre Hall is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Welsh countryside near the Shropshire borders, on the outskirts of the small village of Meifod. The perfect spot for a relaxing countryside break but within easy reach of the many attractions that Mid Wales and Shropshire have to offer. The footpaths on our doorstep give you an excellent opportunity to explore mid Wales. This will be appreciated by any four-legged friends that accompany you on your holiday as our cottages are dog friendly.

Setup with everything you may need, including bedding and towels. With two double bedrooms, bathroom and a large living space this is perfect for a quiet getaway bolt hole or a place for family adventure. Hollybush Cottage is full of character with a garden and stream. It is surrounded by woodland and is 100m from Offa’s Dyke path with access to miles of beautiful walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid Wales. It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room has a log burner and QLED TV. Super fast fibre broadband throughout.

Ysgubor Lodge

Ysgubor Lodge is a unique property nestled in the woods, with a balcony all the way around it so you can sit out and enjoy the environment. It is complete with a bathroom, one double room and one room with 2 single beds, a living room and kitchen. It is heated with a log stove , and fire wood is provided. There is a TV but no signal, but there are plenty of DVDs to watch . Download music if you want to listen to it on bluetooth speaker.
