The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

U staroj secesijskoj villi, na prvom katu, uz samo more, s privatnom plažom, smješten je stan od 80m2 s dvije spavaće sobe, dvije kupaone, kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom. Stan ima dva balkona i veliku stražnju terasu. Sobe imaju velike bračne krevete. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena, perilica za suđe, pećnica, električna ploča za kuhanje, hladnjak, komplet posuđe i pribor za jelo kuhalo za vodu... Klima uređaji u dnevnom boravku - kuhinja i velika spavaća soba. Tuš kabina, perilica za robu.

Villa Lela - apartment with balcony

The area of the APP is 34 m2 + terrace 35m2 with summer kitchen. Terrace belongs only to this APP and it is covered and hidden and closed with a small door. Open view by the sea. The APP has a two rooms connected by a door, and a bathroom. The large room has a double bed, at the small room are three floor single beds. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with Washing machine, a fridge with a large freezer, a cooker (on electricity or gas), a coffee maker, a microwave and full crockery.
