Nalazimo se u jako sigurnom susjedstvu i svega smo nekih 600 metara odaljeni od crkve svetoga Jakova tako da možete pješke ići do crkve i treba vam nekih 5-10 minuta hoda tako da je lokacija apartmana odlična, a auto slobodno možete ostaviti na besplatnom parkingu kod nas. Pored apartamana je također park za djecu te 3 velike prodavnice za kupovinu i ljekarna. Imamo i dvorište s trampolin i toboganom za djecu.
