This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. Welcome to our newly refurbished large self contained studio apartment. It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The studio is equipped with large flatscreen TV, high speed internet, and it just a five minute drive to the Hill of Tara, 10 minutes to the Hot Box Sauna, and 20 minutes from New Grange. In our back garden you might meet our two dogs, alpacas, pony, and our chickens.

The West Wing

The West Wing is a cosy apartment that sleeps max 3. One double bed and 1 small single in a shared room. Situated directly on the Royal Canal greenway, it is the perfect location for keen walkers or cyclists who want a quiet place to stay. There is a pub across from the house, just a short walk home! The Hill of Down is a handy spot for touring the Boyne Valley and is 20 minutes from Trim, famous for its beautiful castle. It is also 20 minutes from Mullingar in County Westmeath.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once the offices of an old corn mill, but later changed into a family home in the 1930s, was left for years abandoned but now its returning to a welcoming home from home. Outside there is off street parking, a dining area and lots off room for pets to enjoy safely. Donoghues Pub is a short stroll away and Ardee town a 10 minute drive .

The Lime House (6 ensuite bedrooms)

The Lime House has 6 ensuite bedrooms and is a strawbale ecolodge sleeping up to 22 people sharing. There's a big kitchen and communal area downstairs as well as a wood-fired hot tub (bookable for €45/household inc hot fill and firewood to keep going), pizza oven (pizza packs or firewood available to purchase) + BBQ area beside the house. Hotwell House - Boutique Luxury in Old Coach House

Hotwell is a beautiful, Late Georgian farmhouse built in 1838. It is unusual in that it is home to a holy well and one of Ireland's only warm springs, St. Gorman's Well, which flows with warm water during the winter. Guests stay in the beautifully renovated stone Coach House and have full use of the grounds including sauna, tennis court and garden games.
