This is the back unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are walking distance from the house. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In.

Pecos Deluxe Cottage Rental

This studio-style cottage rental is furnished with a queen size bed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. Other amenities include linens, air conditioning, TV, a private bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.
