When you want to experience the peace and tranquility which McGregor is known for, Serenity is your spot. A lush garden with plenty of trees and a variety of plants attract lots of birds. Look out for the bright flash of a Red Bishop as he searches for food, or the see how many different bird calls you can hear, whether in bed or sitting on one of patios. The cottage has 3 spacious, private bedrooms, with a pair of bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.

Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

This lovely family home offers a no-fuss, comfortable country retreat in both winter and summer. It sleeps 8 comfortably, 9-10 with a squeeze. The covered patio and braai area overlook the swimming pool (with safety net) and large garden. In winter the wood-burning fire will keep you warm. Walks and bike rides start at the front door and the village, is a few minutes' walk away. The house is fully equipped - just come and relax!

It has a gas stove, solar geyser and an inverter so TV, lights, fridge and wifi not affected at all. It is well-equipped for long stays, centrally located in the Robertson wine valley on route 62. Enjoy lovely views of the vineyards, orchards and moutains.
