Private tiny house in a quiet residential neighborhood. 1.3 miles to Lake Coeur d'alene and DOWNTOWN Sherman Avenue restaurant/shopping district via quiet tree lined streets. Short walk to the 4th Street corridor. Please read the house rules. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults. No children or pets please. There is a full kitchen , large shower in the bathroom. The backyard is private and the deck is sun drenched in the PM. You will sleep on a queen size foam bed.

Quiet private backyard with fire pit (wood provided), patio heater, table and bbq. All under great shade trees in the summer. This home is very well suited for large groups and families. Lots of street parking one space in the driveway.
