This home is 1 mile to a 24 hour gas station/mini mart and a couple of miles to a grocery store and fast food restaurants and about 5 miles to the San Antonio International airport. Walking distance to the subdivision walking path, beach style volleyball, and children's playground.

Bathroom for this room is in the hall. Washer/dryer are upstairs. Full kitchen, coffee pot, crockpot, mixer, toaster oven, spices, etc. with dishwasher. I live 3 miles and am available if needed. Half bath downstairs.

The guest suite is part of the house but with own separate entrance with private bathroom, living room, walking closet, dining table with two chairs, small refrigerator, microwave queen bed, divided as an apartment, and with own designated parking in the driveway. Our picturesque windows bring the outside right into the living room. And our remote controlled roller blinds provide complete privacy.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If you just want to get out and feel like you went somewhere or did something, this is the place for you. It’s located in a quite secluded area. You have your own parking space. And you have lots of stores nearby. This place is located in the second floor. We do have stairs but no elevator.
