Welcome to your 5-acre retreat, framed by stunning views of the iconic Goat Wall. Nestled in a forest in Mazama, our spacious 2,800-sq ft mountain home and separately rented, attached studio balances classic 90s charm with expansive outdoor living. Designed for chill group getaways, family reunions, and outdoor enthusiasts, you can hike, mountain bike, or Nordic ski right out the front door. A scenic, short drive from world-class Methow Valley trails and ~45 mins from North Cascades Nat'l Park.

The Arrowleaf Balsamroot are starting to bloom across the Methow Valley beneath the North Cascades. Our cabin offers a blend of rustic charm and luxury. With a chef’s kitchen and sleeping loft, experience the perfect fusion of wilderness and refinement at Sven’s Basecamp. Each moment is a retreat into comfort and natural beauty. Spring is perfect for hiking Patterson Mountain, wandering valley trails, or enjoying baked goods at the Mazama Store and gathering at the Pub. Sven’s is one of a kind.

Base Camp 49

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Lost River Tiny House

The Tiny House may be tiny, but she be fierce! It is packed full, inside and out, with all the things you need for a lovely unplugged stay in the North Cascades. Wake up to birds singing, take your coffee outside on the large wraparound deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. After a day exploring, come back to enjoy a drink and some sort of treat you may have picked up from the Mazama Store. Please be aware that there is no WiFi! And you may not have cell coverage. Did we mention no WiFi?

Alpine Woods cabin close to trails, ski in/out

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Rustic Cabin Hideaway

Coming to hike, climb, or attend a wedding? Book the Rustic Cabin to have your own private home for your stay. Curl up in our luxurious beds at night with the AC on, and pop to the Mazama Store for a fresh-baked croissant in the morning (1.8 miles). Our Rustic Cabin is a wild and remote getaway, not an urban hotel experience. Service is limited, wild animals are free to roam, and insects are part of life in the woods. We live 0.5 miles away. Call us if you need help with the wood fire.

Three Brothers Cabin

Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

Our cabin features a modern chef's kitchen, spacious open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High speed Wifi is available for remote work, or just unplug and enjoy all the valley has to offer. Incredible XC ski trails and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.
