The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Make the most of the sunshine in the established cottage garden comprising 2 decking areas, bbq and dining facilities. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double room and 1 twin, each equipped with television. Ground floor bathroom comprises bath with shower over. Please note there are low beamed ceilings in the lounge area.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
