The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Hillside Cottage

Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. You can feed the alpacas or visit the chicken to collect some eggs. There is always a spare paddock for horsey people visiting the area and plenty of room to park a trailer or boat. We are located 10 min away from Hobbiton, Karapiro lake and 15 min from Cambridge town centre.

Cambridge Chalet

Lovely comfortable self-contained cabin for two adults. It is situated 10 minutes from Lake Karapiro, and Cambridge. The Velodrome, Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek are 15 minutes away. Relaxing setting in gardens in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchenette comes with a kettle, microwave, and toaster but no hob, stove, or oven. Please note that as the Chalet is in a residential neighbourhood, all additional visitors must leave by 10:00pm.

A quiet getaway in the country NO CLEANING FEE Centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Hobbiton, 5 minutes from Lake Karapiro, 15 minutes from Cambridge, 25 minutes to Mystery Creek. We are on a 10 hectare lifestyle block, on the doorstep of Lake Karapiro which is only 7 minutes away. The space has its own private entrance and all the areas available are for your use only while you are staying. There is an electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, toaster and jug, also provided is cereal, milk, bread, spreads, tea, coffee & juice.
