El Pretexto: Villa 1M

El Pretexto is our home and life’s undertaking. A space that combines wooden villas, an agroecology farming bed, an orchard, a forest, and a large wooden deck. Located in a very peaceful area in the mountains of Cayey with fantastic views all the way to the south coast and just one hour away from San Juan. El Pretexto is an adults-only (18+) venue, so if you are looking for a relaxed, countryside experience, El Pretexto is the place to stay. Farm-to-Table breakfasts are included each morning.

Villa Little House

Villa Little House is located directly on the beach atop of breathtaking cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy a relaxing home away from home with stunning ocean views, the sound of waves crashing, and a private jacuzzi. Close to many local beaches, restaurants, and sightseeing destinations. This villa has direct access to a secluded beach, a private patio with jacuzzi, and parking. The villa is a 1-bedroom with one queen and one double bed. Neighboring villas are available to rent.

With the most beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea captivating your senses, let yourself be carried away in this spectacular and unique apartment where tranquility is accompanied by the waves of the sea. The sun and moon reign in this place and their rays reach our balcony in their hours of domination. Adults only. Fully equipped apartment with capacity for 2 people. New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
