This isn't a shared or basement unit, it's a first floor unit w/ private entrance for convenient check-in. There's no shared space/kitchen included, this is a separate rental space within my home. This suite is available for mature guests (min 25) who respect quiet, it's close to restaurants, shopping, GE Vernova, Fluor, Michelin, GSP, etc.

This is a very family friendly home with a playset, toys, and ping pong. It’s centrally located with all the shopping & restaurants you need just a couple miles away, and downtown Greenville is a 14 minute drive!
