Gypsy Wagon, Curio Bay, Catlins.

Fully self contained gypsy wagon located close to beach of Porpoise Bay. No ocean views but beach is 2min walk. Super king size luxury bed. Very tidy inside. Cooking facilities. Log burner with wood supplied. Outdoor BBQ. Linen/towels included. This accommodation is located on our property beside our house. The toilet/shower room (converted water tank) is located 9 meters away from the gypsy, a short walk across the grass lawn. Our gypsy wagon can sleep 2 adults plus one small child in one bed

This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock.
