Additional features include an outside bath in amongst trees with hot water from a wood fired water heater and a Swedish/Danish styled steam sauna.

The spa is for guests to enjoy situated outside master bedrooms French country doors. A generous outdoor area with comfortable seating. Veiws of countryside and glimpses of the harbour. We are a 20-25 min walk (5-10 min drive) to Cambridge township amenities incl walking paths, Lake Te Ko Utu Domain/shops, and wonderful cafes/restaurants. The velodrome and Te Awa River Ride are a short drive away. Cambridge is the jewel of the Waikato!

Wainui River Glamping

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. The cabin is in a beautiful location on a 2 acre lifestyle block, perched on the hill with picturesque views overlooking the valley. The river to the falls is located just down the hill, and you can usually hear the river bubbling away whilst relaxing and enjoying the views from your own private deck. It’s peaceful and quiet here. We have a few farm animals -and Furball 🐱 who might pop in. NB. We do have roadworks during the week till Dec so Msge me for details prior to booking.

This cosy, modern cabin is set in a private garden right next to a stream. Surrounded by native bush and tall poplars, it’s the perfect place to switch off and unwind. The cabin has a comfy queen bed, tea & coffee facilities, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, there’s a covered deck with BBQ & table setting to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is no phone reception at the cabin, a perfect time to switch off.
