Set up for family fun and remote working. Quiet, Gated /Guarded, with direct access to the beach has a pool, playground, volleyball and tennis courts and BBQ Grill. There is a $25.00 per vehicle parking fee, it is a 1 time fee per vehicle. Paid to the gate guard, paid in cash with exact change. As per Airbnb's Terms of Service the Offline Fee Policy.
