Nestled in the middle of a 900-acre private farm in Fraziers Bottom, this Caboose turned Tiny Home offers an awesome getaway for guests. We’ve completely renovated both inside and out with a massive deck including a hot tub, fire-pit and outdoor furniture with a view to die for! A cozy sleeping area, ft. a queen bed, and a relaxing living room with a sofa bed across from a unique bay window dining area! We’ve got a private bathroom with a shower, this space is perfect for a soothing getaway!

Simple loft above a detached garage. Includes a king-size bed, cable TV, mini-fridge, microwave, pod, or ground coffee maker. Minutes to the Root athletic center, Skyline Lanes, Gallipolis, Point Pleasant and the Mothman Museum and Festival, the University of Rio Grande, and Bob Evan's Farms. About an Hour to Jackson, Charleston, Huntington, and Athens. The property is not handicap accessible. The property is designed for two adults but a full-size air mattress is available for kids.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on 5 acres of green space and fish from our 1000 ft of river connected waterfront. Bring you boats, jet ski, kayaks, paddel boards, rafts and ATV. Boat ramp is a half mile away and we have a boat dock with swim ladder and a land ramp to launch your kayaks and boards. ATVs are also welcome and we have space for your trailer. The fishing here has been amazing! 42" catfish caught from the bank is our record so far! 500 sqft deck

Peaceful & beautiful views. Less than 2 miles from downtown. Your own private walking path. Escape from stress to this cozy cabin on 3.1 acres. A country setting with fruit trees and wild berries. Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Located in the historical district of Main Street;this property is within 2 blocks of the world’s only Mothman museum. Shops, restaurants, river museum, flood wall murals displaying the history of Point Pleasant and the riverfront and Tui-endi-Wei parks are also some of the attractions within walking distance of the property.

Located in the small community of Cottageville, WV is this 278 acre farm found at the end of a country road. This is the family farm that I grew up on as a child. My father Doug lives in the main house and tends to the hay fields and approximate 30 head of cattle. The farm house sits just below the top of a hill with a nice view of a farm field that the cows enjoy grazing on. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the large farmhouse porch, take walks, and use the fire pit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.

Skyedanser Tiny House featured on HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters (Season 4, Episode 17) is perfect for a weekend getaway! Nestled amongst the Appalachian Mountains in the Heart of West Virginia. The tiny house is twenty-six feet long, seven feet wide, and hosts all of the amenities of a home including a full kitchen, full bath with a flush toilet and an eight jet spa. Enjoy stargazing from the loft skylight or by the fire pit near the deck.
