Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

In the heart of beautiful Amish country we are just minutes away from popular attractions. The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Historic Carriage House

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft with a comfy queen size bed and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!

Tranquility Cottage

When you stay here the whole house is yours. You do not share any of the space here at Tranquility Cottage.. We are very close to the village of Gambier which is where Kenyon College is located. Apple Valley golf course is 5 minutes away open to public. Mohican State park and canoeing is 20 minutes away in the beautiful village of Loudonville. Lots of fun shops there too. Amish country is approximately an hour away. Historic Roscoe village is also approximately an hour away.

Christmas Cabin (on 22 acres with a creek)

Relax in the woods in this rustic Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

The Cottage at River's Bend

Located on the scenic Kokosing River enjoy the best sounds and breathtaking sunsets this river has to offer. A short distance to Kenyon college, Honey Run waterfalls, hunting, fishing, Apple Valley Lake, Kokosing bike trail and Ohio Amish country. You won't run out of things to do. Then relax and unwind with a seasonal heated outdoor shower and peaceful patio to watch the sunsets and the abundant wildlife.
