A fully-furnished one-bedroom guest apartment (600sq ft) on two levels attached to our house. Separate entrance. Ensuite-shower and complete kitchen. 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, 5 miles to State Beach. In a peaceful neighborhood abutting miles of state forest trails. WiFi, workspace, laundry, smart TV and air conditioning. It can be difficult to secure a ferry res for your car when planning last minute trips in summer. May we suggest renting a bicycle or use a taxi/ride-share service.

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Martha’s Vineyard Cottage - A Glamping Experience!

This is your vineyard home, where you can walk or ride a bike less than a mile to the beach or two into town. Get the glamping experience with kitchenette, A/C, an outdoor shower, a composting toilet, a queen bed in the loft and futon couch that can sleep two more in the living room. The adventure is just starting so make sure to pack up your swimmers, suntan lotion and get out the door. Kick back and relax, you're home.
