A detached (dog friendly) studio cottage located in the beautiful West Dorset village of Thorncombe, about 9 miles from the seaside resort of Lyme Regis. It is decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard with many of those 'little extra's which make is stand out from crowd such as a Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and DAB radio along with a welcome pack of those essentials which are needed when you first arrive. Little Knapp has cosy underfloor heating and a luxurious shower room.

Beautiful farmhouse in Dorset

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

This post card street cottage is nestled in the sought after coastal village of Charmouth. Refurbished from top to toe the interiors are a blend of country & coastal with earthy tones, light pinks & chic greens. Relaxation is at the heart of this one bedroom luxury cottage which boasts dual velvet sofas, wood burner, plush super king bedroom with views over the village & countryside. We are in love the little study & ornate window shutters throughout.

The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.

The Railway Wagon, Nr Lyme Regis

The Wagon is a a fully converted fruit and vegetable railway wagon which was originally used on the Weymouth to London line between 1927 and 1931, since then it has been turned into a self catering, fully functioning wagon that can sleep 2 adults. Just 9 miles down the road from Lyme Regis, with stunning views of Pilsdone Hill from your private hot tub its the perfect getaway!
