Tesisimizde tek bir ana binadan oluşmakta ve içerisinde asansör bulunmaktadır. Evlerimizin bulunduğu bölgede, misafirlerimizin kullanabileceği ücretsiz otopark mevcut bulunur. Bunun yanında evlerimiz denize 4 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde olup, Migros, Blueport AVM, Banka ATM ve şubeleri gibi yerlere kısa yürüyüş mesafesindedir.

Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.
