Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Located on a quiet street surrounded by large live oaks, our cozy house is a few minutes away from a coffeeshop, Walmart, and many other restaurants and businesses. Let us make it feel like home! We offer fresh roasted coffee and a kitchen stocked with utensils, as well as a washer & dryer. Relax on a rocking chair on the back porch when you arrive and unwind! Las Casitas on Magnolia Beach - Casita B

Las Casitas on Magnolia Beach is a Waterfront Chalet style Duplex that holds two different Casitas that our guests can rent individually or together (if both are available). They have two separate listings to identify them for renting purposes, Casita A and Casita B. This listing is to rent Casita B, a one bedroom condo with amazing views and access to a lighted fishing pier.
