Included are a full kitchen, living space, 3 bunk rooms, and 2 large bathrooms with 3 showers and stalls in each. Located on a beautiful 120 acres campus. We have a lot of wildlife here including deer, foxes, coyote, 2 mountain lions, and an occasional bear. Be cautious if you go out after dark. Always have a flashlight. Don't go into any wooded area.
