Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. We offer a quiet, private and comfortable 600 sqft studio suite upstairs in a separate structure away from the main house. The room includes a comfortable, king-size bed with Tempur-pedic™ mattress, white cotton sheets and Pendleton™ blankets. A kitchenette with micro-wave, air-fry oven, and dinette are also provided. The studio includes dormers that overlook the family garden, goat barn, and pond. The east windows overlook our back yard, a lily pond and secluded spots to relax and enjoy.

The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

The cabins don't have running water but a sink is available on the back porch of the farmhouse and picnic tables in the back yard. The restorative sights and sounds of wildlife will be accompanying your retreat!

You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
