A Casa fica perto de praia, restaurantes e supermercado. É uma casa perfeita para dias de sol. Todos os quartos têm casa de banho privada. Dois desses quartos se dividem por uma porta, perfeito para as crianças. Cozinha totalmente equipada, piscina com ampla vista para o mar de uso exclusivo dos hóspedes, além de um grande terraço com barbecue. A casa do proprietário fica atrás da Casa do Forno, mas de forma a manter a privacidade de ambas. A lavanderia é de uso compartilhado com o proprietário

Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Solltet ihr allerdings Probleme mit der Anwesenheit von Hunden und Katzen haben, so würden wir euch eher von einer Buchung auf unserer Quinta abraten, da sich alle unsere Tiere frei auf unserem gesamten Gelände aufhalten.

Located near the historical town Silves, in a area with beautiful nature surrounding it. It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Villa, with large terraces overlooking the sea , has 3 bedrooms all en suite, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, garage, etc. Outside, has a private pool, which is perfect for families, and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a grass surface. Included in the price is the heated swimming pool from March to June, September to October inclusive. On other dates pool heating available on request (extra cost).
