This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

The apartment is located in a quiet surrounding. Nonetheless there's only a 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, the post office, the pharmacy and the fish market. The main beach is about 10 minutes away by foot . The next bigger city to Marina is Trogir and it's about 12km away.

The whole interior is beautifully decorated incorporated with large amount of sunlight entering during day. Outside the entrance door, there is large yard with roofed fireplace for grill with dining place, garden and balcony (sea view) for sunbathing
