The bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds, and dedicated workstation. The living area boasts a cozy sofa and windows that frame ocean views, while the kitchen includes a stove, oven, and stainless steel cookware. Outside is a private patio. Air conditioning, hot water, high-speed WiFi, and a backup generator are included.

Sunrise also has a practical work station with Starlink internet. The screen-in porch is great for listening to the ocean or watching the stars.
