Supermärkte, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt, Tankstelle Arzt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Gehminuten ereichbar und bietet eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien und nach Baden. Das Stadtzentrum von Mödling ist ungefähr 700 Meter entfernt.
