U sklopu kuće su 2 smještajne jedinice koje se mogu iznajmiti pojedinačno ili zajedno. City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. In the house you have everything that will allow you a pleasant stay.

Utanför dörren finns en mysig lokal restaurang och en minimarket. 50 m från dörren finns havet och stranden. Stenkast därifrån hittar ni kyrkan st Euphemia och alla de andra lokala caféer, barer och restauranger. Perfekt ställe att bara koppla av och njuta av varandra och den fina staden Rovinj.

House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Detached stone house Mate for 2 persons. It has one sleeping room, kitchen, toalet and, a balcony. It's an ideal escape from the city, also perfect for recreational athletes. There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.
