Appartement très lumineux, hyper centre, 4* INPI

Très agréable appartement traversant, de 55 m2, au 2ème étage. A 2' du vieux port (tout le plaisir sans les nuisances), 5' du marché central et 7' de la gare : parfait pour profiter à pieds de tous les charmes, nombreux, de La Rochelle. La vue y est reposante, sans vis-à-vis direct : le séjour au sud donne sur une petite place privative et les 2 chambres, au nord, sur le canal et l'Eglise Saint-Sauveur (XVII ème siècle). Convient pour deux adultes avec deux enfants, ou pour quatre adultes.

Flat - wonderfull view on the old harbour and sea

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

Appartement centre historique.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de la Rochelle, à deux minutes à pied du marché central. Il est situé au cœur du centre historique , des rues commerçantes, des restaurants et du Vieux-Port. Appartement tout confort et lumineux au premier étage. Le logement est composé de deux chambres avec chacune un lit double, ainsi qu'un canapé lit dans la pièce de vie. Je suis actuellement en recherche de parking, je n’en ai pas encore trouvé pour cette année.

Le Templier – Séjour Place de l'hôtel de ville

Mon logement de 62m² est situé en plein cœur du centre historique, dans une rue piétonne, facile d'accès. À deux pas du vieux port, du marché, des commerces etc. . Pas besoin de voiture: tout est accessible à pied. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le confort et sa décoration soignée. A votre arrivée, les lits sont faits et le linge de toilette fourni. Il y a une place de stationnement dans un parking privé à 10mn à pied de l'appartement et un local vélos .

Beautiful apartment of 70 square meters refurbished in April 2021. Located on the second floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town of La Rochelle. It is warm and through, so it provides you with light all day long. It consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!
