We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Kingbilli

Hidden amidst the inland slopes of the Great Dividing Range, Kingbilli is a tranquil world designed with families in mind: where children can be children and parents can relax! Set on 200 acres of wildlife refuge and farmland, our self-contained stone cottage has 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, spacious living and a shady children’s playground just across the garden. The property is home to 100 species of wildlife, alongside a collection of friendly llamas, ponies, horses and peacocks.

Chalet La Piste is a freestanding, two-storey cabin that sits nestled in the Victorian High Country overlooking Alpine bushland and embracing wildlife visitors. In the grounds of The Sebel Pinnacle Valley, it is 5 minutes drive from the Mt Buller gates and surrounded by rivers, mountains and wineries, making it an ideal holiday destination all-year round. Mountain River House (On Delatite River)

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and is situated on the banks of the Delatite River, Merrijig. 10 minutes drive to Mt Buller National Park gates. A perfect year-round holiday destination, great for skiing and in warmer months swimming, mountain bike riding, cycling and fishing. The property is surrounded by beautiful native and fruit trees, wildlife such as possum, deer, parrots and wombats. A great location for fishing (10mtr away to river), really is no need to go anywhere!

Sustainable retreat on 20 acres of lake hillside

A private elevated holiday stay with picturesque views. With four bedrooms and sleeping for 10. You also have access to all 20 acres of hillside fields. With two fire places and plenty of free fire wood you'll be nice and cosy. Your holiday will be fully sustainable with ample solar, off grid power and rain water systems. Technology includes air-conditioning, high speed internet, high quality hifi system and pool table/table tennis. Bring your boat, launch is nearby. Pub is 5 min drive.

The Lake House at Gough's

This spacious family home with a lovely view of Lake Eildon is just a short walk to the water and the general store. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony, visits from the friendly parrots and kangaroos, stargazing by the fire pit at night and morning kayak adventures on the lake. BYO boat and launch it at the boat ramp just minutes from the house. In the cooler months a cozy wood fire upstairs makes it the perfect place to relax after a days skiing on nearby Mt Buller, just 50 minutes away.

Just over a 2 hour drive from Melbourne, 13 minutes to central Mansfield, 1 hour to the top of Buller & a 5 minute drive to put the boat in across the road at Lake Nilahcootie…what more could you need-Summer & winter getaways, this farmstay ticks all the boxes. Autumn & Spring brings out the beautiful colours & bird life whilst you hike Strathbogie Ranges (at the end of the road!) or visit the top of the Paps to see over the district. Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
