This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

The working fireplace and popcorn machine make the living space a cozy and comfortable place to relax and watch your favorite movies after a day of hitting the slopes.

It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill.

Private cabin tucked in the woods, adjoining Mohican State Forest Enjoy a peaceful getaway with easy access to hiking, canoeing, and Mohican area activities on the quieter, more secluded side. Unplug and enjoy the natural setting Please note: The cabin is accessed via a walking path with steps, including stairs to the front door and an open staircase to the loft.
