This holiday home is a 2 storey 5 BR property with Lake Eildon frontage. The lake is accessed from the front of the property when the water level is up. Ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boat mooring. The house is set on 2 acres with wildlife. This a cosy 70s style holiday house with a new kitchen, living area, bathrm, toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. With a more modern extension downstairs we have 3 more b/rms, another living area with pool table plus the 2nd bathrm, toilet and laundry.

ViewBuller@Merrijig is a holiday house in Merrijig, approx. 5 minute drive to the gates of Mt Buller & Mt Stirling (located Alpine Ridge Drive) The house is perfect for 3 couples or 2 families ( max. 6 adults and max. 5 children). There’s fabulous views of Mt Buller from lounge room & deck. The Delatite River is 200 meters from the house, & Delatite winery is a short drive. The house is great in winter or summer months, with snow activities but hiking, mountain biking and horse riding nearby.

The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river.
