Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

The property includes a lovely outdoor seating area with a BBQ and play area. The home is located 5 minutes from Birds Hill Provincial Park on a quiet country road. Although restaurants and shops are only a 5 minute drive away , the area is peaceful and serene.

A quiet farmyard. It is situated half mile North of Neubergthal-a national Heritage site. The Red Granary was a building used for storing grain, and it was red and it had green doors. It is an original style from the early 1900’s We live on the same farmyard with 3 dogs and farm animals. But we each have our own space. Whether a guest wants to interact or wants privacy, both are easily attainable and respected. You MUST register your dog as a guest.

Stoney Meadow a prairie farm stay

Our place is a small 9-acre hobby farm 2km from the village of Grunthal. We are about an hour away from Winnipeg, 20 minutes to Steinbach, and 15 minutes from St. Malo beach. The rooms we are offering for our guests are in a shared living space. All children over 2 years of age are to be registered as additional guests.
