Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Easy walking distance to anything downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. Both beaches are walkable, as well, but you might want to take the short drive if you are hauling coolers and beach toys. FYI - There is an upper level with 2 beds/1 bath available in your rental for additional fee.
