There are 3 outdoor seating areas- one has large outdoor table (seats 9) perfect for BBQ and eating outdoors. The pool is just over 1 metre deep which means children over 6 years can stand in pool. Featuring a private and seperate space with a Super King bedroom, bathroom, laundry and seperate lounge with TV and kitchenette. Situated on a farmlet with cattle and sheep, you will love the country feel that is peaceful and quiet (with no street lights to keep you awake!), yet only minutes to shops, restaurants and amenities.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
