A sea captain used to live here, therefore the apartment fully reflects his love for the sea and his travels. It boasts unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, creating the unique feeling of being on a boat. At dusk the living room is filled with the warm sunset colours! A sea captain used to live here, therefore the apartment fully reflects his love for the sea and his travels. It boasts unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, creating the unique feeling of being on a boat. At dusk the living room is filled with the warm sunset colours! The apartment features a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has an office corner with a desk. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. Staying in one of Nicoletta's houses, guarantees personalized and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. Nicoletta herself or a member of her team is always available in order to assist you and ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. The apartment offers inclusive daily cleaning service. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. Finally, the true and most recent gem in the area is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece and the National Opera, as well as the 210,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park. The park has truly upgraded the entire area, and is perfect for families with children, pleasant walks, running and relaxing. ATHENS CITY CENTRE You have the option of either using the bus or the tram (Flisvos stop) in order to reach the city center (15-20 minutes away) and visit Syntagma, Plaka, the Acropolis, etc. PIRAEUS PORT If you want to catch a boat to the islands, the port of Piraeus is 15 minutes away by bus. AIRPORT The bus X96 has a direct connection with the airport and the bus stops right in front of the building. We can also arrange airport transfers by taxi for you. BY CAR The apartment offers a free private parking spot.

My home is located in Eleusis, just 20 km from Athens, offering easy access to the city by bus, taxi, or car. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and you can also take the Metro for an easy journey. I’d be happy to recommend the best places to visit in Eleusis and beyond, ensuring you have a great stay. Restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including two air conditioners for your comfort.
