Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.

It is a stone tower located at the foot of Taygetos with a unique view of the Messinian Gulf. The 200m² house seems to harmonize with the natural landscape of the area designated as Natura. The tower consists of 3 bedrooms with closets , 1 master bathroom, 2 WC, kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace. As a heat source it uses central oil heating as well as air conditioners.
