Navigation Cottage Luxury on the Historic Sea Lock

Navigation Cottage is set right on the Historic Sea Lock at Heybridge Basin. It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Perhaps book a trip on one of the Historic Thames Barges.

Modern, comfortable self contained living space

Little Halcyon is located in the Anchorage area, West Mersea. Just a short stroll from the beach, local pubs, restaurants and the village. It is a cosy, self contained, newly renovated annexe in 2021 with it's own private entrance and off street parking. Inside you have a sitting room with a sofa, dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has a hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. It has a separate bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

At The Lodge pubs/cafes are just up the road or you can relax on the decking with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

It is located in St Lawrence, not far from the quaint town of Maldon and the Village of Bradwell-on-sea. St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is set within a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. Situated within the grounds of our house it can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot, highchair and 2 single airbeds are available. It boasts a large patio with sunbeds and quality furniture and the jacuzzi is an added luxury, £20 is requested via this app if used. There is a large fully stocked fishpond of which guests are welcome to feed.
